Penny Cardigan
The cardigan is knitted from the top down in stockinette stitch with Tynn Peer Gynt and Tynn Silk Mohair.
Cast on for the yoke, which is knitted back and forth with turn rows and raglan increases to create a deeper neckline at the front. Once the neckline is shaped, knit back and forth with raglan increases. Once all stitches have been increased, divide the work into sleeves, front and back pieces, and knit each part separately. The front and back pieces are knitted in stockinette stitch back and forth and cast off in stockinette stitch. The sleeves are knitted in the round in stockinette stitch, finished with decreases for a nice detail, and folded outwards to create a wide edge.
The front edges are knitted in double knitting, and the neckline is finally knitted in ribbing and folded double towards the wrong side.
