The Wriggle Slipper

The Slingra slipper is knitted in thick sock yarn with a beautiful winding two-colour knitted larger pattern on the top of the slipper and a smaller and winding pattern on the sole of the slipper. 

The Slingra slipper is a quick knitting project and is knitted from toe to heel using the magic loop technique, but can of course also be knitted with five sock needles if desired. 

The Slingra slipper is perfect to match with the Slingra Mittens or the Vira Mittens  

Gauge

28 stitches and 31 rows = 10*10 cm after blocking.

Gauge achieved on needles 3.00 ? 3.25 depending on tension.

Size

Foot circumference: 18cm, (19cm), 22cm 
The length of the foot is adjustable.

For the best fit, the slipper should be knitted 0.5 ? 2cm narrower than the foot circumference.

Yarn suggestion

Sandnes Perfect, 80% wool 20% nylon, approx. 200m/100g 

Sole colour: 40g, (45g), 50g.
Pattern colour: 40g, (45g), 50g.

Keep in mind that yarn usage varies depending on how long the foot is knitted.
