Novice Cardigan - Chunky Edition is knitted from the top down. That is, you start by knitting the ribbing at the neckline, then the yoke, then the body and finally the sleeves. The cardigan is knitted in stockinette stitch, while the edges are knitted in ribbing.
Novice Cardigan - Chunky Edition has a round yoke. It is shaped by increasing evenly across the yoke every four rounds as you knit.

Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to a bust measurement of approximately 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm. Novice Cardigan ? Chunky Edition should have a range of motion (positive ease) of approximately 15 cm (i.e. the cardigan should be approximately 15 cm larger than you in circumference). This means that if you, for example, measure 88 cm around the bust (measure yourself with a measuring tape around the bust or at the widest part of your body), you should knit a size S, which has a width of 103 cm. This gives you a range of motion of 15 cm.
