This knitting pattern is in Swedish.
The Sycamore Sweater is knitted from the top down, first back and forth on circular needles to shape the neckline and then in the round on circular needles. The yoke is constructed by first knitting shoulder increases on the right and wrong sides. Then sleeve increases are knitted, and finally, a section with raglan increases is knitted. The sleeves are knitted in the round on double-pointed needles or using the Magic Loop technique. The pattern on the Sycamore Sweater is formed using short rows. More specifically, Japanese short rows.
Size Guide
The Sycamore Sweater should have a positive ease of approx. 15 cm relative to your bust measurement. Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL correspond to a bust measurement, measured around the body, of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 cm. The measurements of the finished sweater are given on the front of the pattern. Measure yourself before you start knitting to determine which size will fit you best. If you, for example, measure 90 cm around the bust (or the widest part of your body), you should knit size S. A sweater in size S has a width of 104 cm and will give a positive ease of 14 cm in the stated example.
