Elinor's Diaper Pants

Elinor's Diaper Romper is knitted in the round on circular needles from the top down. It can either be knitted with a folded edge (casing) for a drawstring with two holes in the front, or with a folded edge (casing) for elastic and without holes.

Sizes: 0-2 (2-4) 4-6 (6-9) 9-12 (12-18) 18-24 months.

Measurements:

Waist circumference: 38 (42) 46 (48) 50 (52) 54 cm

Length at front:14 (16) 18 (19) 20 (21) 22 cm

Knitting needles: Circular needles 3 mm and 4 mm (40 cm), 3 mm double-pointed needles

Gauge: 21 stitches x 28 rows in stockinette stitch on 4 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm

Yarn suggestions: 50 g for all sizes of Alpakka (50 g = 110 m) or Alpakka Ull (50 g = 100) or Merinoull (50 g = 105 m) or Spöt (50 g = 100 m) from Sandnes Garn. Soft elastic, optional decorative buttons.
