Lotus - DK

Yet another model is rumored to be knitted in Geilo yarn. This time it is Lotus, which is a vest or summer top. 

Here you knit a front piece and a back piece in the pattern, which resembles the lotus flower - hence the name. The pattern is related to the flowers I knitted in, among others, Jomfruhummer. A lovely thing that is simply exciting to knit. 

It is recommended that you do not watch handball while knitting!

The model is a little longer at the back, with side seams and horsehair/i-cord in the edges.

You can choose to knit in Geilo Thin Wool - then it will be more of a vest, or Geilo Cotton and Wool - then it can also be used as a summer top.
