Vanten Akvarell is a cute mitt with a double cuff, stripes, eye-catching texture, and a little bit of multi-color knitting that is perfect for using your leftover yarns in different colors. Vanten Akvarell is knitted with a side thumbhole, which gives two identical mittens that can be used on both the right and left hand.
The description is designed for the Magic Loop technique, but can of course also be knitted with five sock needles if desired.
Gauge
32 stitches and 40 rows of multi-color knitting = 10*10 cm after blocking.
Gauge was achieved on 2.0 - 3.0mm needles depending on tension.

Cool Wool/CoolWool Melange GOTS from Lana Grossa (50 g = 160 m) or Thin Merino Wool/Thin Merino Wool KlompeLompe from Sandnes Garn (50 g = 175 m)
Originally, the mitt is knitted in:
Imagine Wool Soft Merino Thin, 167m/50grams,
alternatively Uradale Yarns Jumperweight, 173m/50g.
Background color = the textured striped pattern between the different color sections, shown in white in all sizes.
