Esther Sweater Man

Esther Sweater Man is knitted from the top down in textured stitch. First, the upper part of the back is knitted with increases. Then, stitches are picked up for the shoulder areas, which are joined at the front when the front piece is knitted. The front piece and back are then joined under the armholes and continue down the body, which is knitted straight down. The sleeves are knitted in the round on circular needles. Finally, a ribbed edge is knitted at the neck.

Size guide
Esther Sweater Man should have a positive ease of approx. 10-15 cm relative to your bust measurement. The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to a bust measurement, measured around the body, of 86-91 (91-96) 96-101 (101-107) 107-113 (113-119) 119-124 (124-132) 132-144 cm. The measurements of the finished sweater are given on the front of the pattern. Measure yourself before you start knitting to determine which size will suit you best. If you, for example, measure 104 cm around the bust (or the widest part of your body), you should knit a size L. A sweater in size L has a width of 119 cm and will, in the stated example, give a positive ease of 15 cm..
