Cloud Top

The Cloud Top is knitted from the top down. First, the top part of the back is knitted back and forth, and short rows are worked to create a shoulder slope. Then, the shoulder sections are knitted back and forth separately. Short rows are also worked here. The pieces are then joined at the front and the front piece is knitted on. The front and back are then joined to form the body, which is knitted in the round on circular needles. Stitches have been picked up along the neckline and armholes, and a stockinette edge is knitted.

Size Guide

The Cloud Top should have positive ease of approximately 2–5 cm. Sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) correspond to a bust measurement, measured on the body, of 75–80 (80–85) 85–90 (90–95) 95–100 (100–110) 110–120 (120–130) 130–140 (140–150) cm. The measurements of the finished top are given on the front of the pattern. Measure yourself before you start knitting to determine which size will fit you best. For example, if you measure 90 cm around the bust (or the widest part of your body), you should knit size S. A top in size S has a width of 92 cm and will give positive ease of 2 cm in the example above.
