The Belle Dress Junior in Tynn Merino Wool is a nostalgic and charming dress with a simple yet elegant design. The skirt is knitted in the round, and the waist is shaped with elastic in the back for the best fit. The dress is knitted from the bottom up and finished with a beautiful i-cord edge around the neck for a soft and sophisticated finish. Perfect for little princesses!
The pattern is only sold together with yarn from Sandnes. Orders for the pattern only are automatically cancelled.
First, the skirt is knitted in the round, and a waistband is knitted at the waist. Stitches are knitted up to create a facing on the back of the waistband, so that elastic can be threaded through. Then, stitches are cast off on each side, and the front and back pieces are knitted separately. Finally, the shoulders are knitted together, and an i-cord edge is knitted around the neck.
